Rosa Rojas-Managing Partner After 20 successful years in the Food Distribution business Rosa Rojas decided it was time for a change. Joining her husband Rudy in his Real Estate company was an easy decision to make. While at Diaz Foods Rosa directed a sales staff of 60 employees and also managed the purchasing department. While under her watch sales grew from 15 million annually to over 130 million in 2006. Her vast experience in sales, marketing and operations will greatly aid her in this shifting Real Estate market. Rosa looks forward to establishing long term relationships with her clients and providing exceptional service. In addition to her role at Rojas Realty Group, Rosa is very involved in the community. Rosa is a member of The Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, The Colombian-American Chamber of Commerce, The Sandy Springs Chamber of Commerce and this year is co-chairing Scott’s Run, a fundraiser for Catholic Charities of Atlanta. Rosa continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Diaz Foods. She is an active Real Estate Investor, a certified distressed property expert and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Rudy Rojas-Associate Broker While attending Mercer University, Rudy Rojas worked as a Sushi Chef at one of Atlanta’s top Japanese restaurants. During his period at the restaurant he learned great customer service and people skills. After graduating from Mercer with a Bachelors Degree in Business he moved toMission Foods (world’s largest tortilla manufacturing company) where he excelled as a sales analyst. After investing in several Real Estate ventures, Rudy decided to become an agent and build a company that would focus on providing comprehensive, excellent service to all areas of the market. Rudy is also a certified residential appraiser, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, a certified distressed property expert and an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta. Amy Hirschberg-Distressed Sales Department Manager Amy has been a licensed Real Estate Agentsince 2001 and has been with Keller Williams First Atlanta since 2005. Amy has specialized in investor residential properties and gained vast experience dealing with both the wholesale and retail investment properties. Her sharp analytical abilities give her an edge in this highly competitive area of Real Estate. Amy continues to expand in her Expertise; she is a Certified REO Specialist and also certified in BPO’s. She has successfully completed courses in Wealth and Growth Through 1031 Tax Deferral Strategies and John Adams’ Real Estate Investors Institute. Amy is a member of GAREI-Georgia Real Estate Investors Association. Michelle Miralles-Listing Specialist Michelle has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2004 and is one of our offices Top Producers. She is an active member of Power Core Networking Group in Roswell and currently sits on the board of Keller Williams First Atlanta Realty’s Leadership Council. Michelle, her husband and three children live in Roswell, Georgia.
